Tsing and Max and I have had private conversations over the years. I could ask what Tsing and I talked about last, and I could verify something personal about Max (and he about me), with a mod acting as go-between. That would help convince Tsing and Max that I am Ricter, not H4M. My replies are all awaiting moderation, so this chat is going to be slow.
And the realRicter one is hilarious. That was totally not his usual writing style. Someone spent some time pulling Ricter's old posts for background. No one sparred with Ricter more than me. Which is probably why I have the same fun beating up on H4M.

What TOS did Milo violate? Ricter/you violated the TOS. The only reason you weren't banned too was because "someone" said you shouldn't be, and stood up for you. Remember when Ricter used Dave10110 and Max caught him? He admitted it. TOS violation right there, should have been banned. We all stood up for him/you then as well and he wasn't banned.
