Yeah, the "reply" button is what I meant.

So, say you are starting a new post and you want to quote something from last year and insert it in the new post.

Start like you normally do, then open a new tab and find the old post you want to quote. Hit "reply" on the old post, cut out what you don't want, then copy the whole thing and post it in the window for the new post.

The important thing is to make sure when you are copying whatever it is you want to quote, you keep the part below I underlined in red. The square brackets are key. You can do whatever you want in between them.

Note that things like media within the post have square brackets too.

If you don't want the above YouTube in your quote it will look like this:

See how I deleted the "media" stuff.

Its not that hard, if you mess it up just hit delete post.

Pay attention to your square brackets stoney.

  6. Whatever happened to having a young intern do all of this technical stuff--

Van you remind me of a guy I found in that old old post-- Can't remember the call tag-- but you share some traits.

Way back in the day this site was very technically driven and everyone fancied themself a chart master and the arguments were pretty epic between Fundi's like myself and the Chartests... There are huge back and forths over companies that I don't think even exist anymore...

$COST was my favorite guy on the site, he recognized my brilliance early when no one else did and when he opined about world events it was so interesting because he was a semi retired hedge fund guy living in the tropics... and that's pretty much how I was hoping I would turn out.

APEX Sirf being down 90 cents in the face of a Naz down 50 or so is the philosophical equivalent of A fart in the wind. Let's get serious folks!
Nov 27- Sirf announces deal with Bushnell Outdoor Products for the Onix 200 hand Held & the NAV 500 portable In Car navigation- will provide real time navigation in a maze of complex urban canyons as well as under dense foliage. The NAV 500 is a PORTABLE GPS for the car! This is big because the factory installed ones are too expensive an option for some people and the dual use nature of the NAV 500 will lure more people into the world of GPS. Nov 28 the big bear on the street for the stock Morgan Stanly - even them- had to raise both 07 & 08 numbers!
MACD Short term & long Term Bullish. Relative strength Bullish Up/down volume analysis indicates accumulation 50 day MA rising sitting right now above 200 day... honestly folks there can be no better buy right now to take you through the holidays into the next reporting period than Sirf Tech. My PT = $40.~ stoney

Next time listen to me... your stopped out stoney. It went right to my zone, struggled then dropped. Looks like the short was the better trade<--- Just like you Van....

Read to the last page when I am proven right.....
