What kind of approach can make you INSANELY rich?

Discussion in 'Trading' started by trade5656, Feb 9, 2017.

  1. I agree,

Some people's heads go to the moon -- and immediatley take this trading world into a pissing contest.
Which I personally feel is the wrong approach, and an almost sure path to failure or ruins o_O:cool:

Trading is, or should be, an individual sport. -- You should only be playing against yourself.
    It's just you vs the big, bitchy, mean monster of the market. -- Everything else is of non-relevance;
    Everyday it's David/you vs Goliath.

On the way to the Promise Land is filled with distractions and evilness that will just misled you.
Trading for a certain goal is kind of like a movie or story. -- it's filled with drama and twists and turns.

Is everybody gonna let this guy off the hook for thinking the ES position limit is 50 and then getting an attitude about it?? Guy obviously never traded that market....it's not RBOB dude, it's the most liquid futures contract in the world.

Better leave it like that. The silence proofs everything.
If we should react each time there was nonsnense, we will easily double the number of postings on ET.
But this kind of actions from newbies is damaging ET. I am fed up with it so I post much less then I did before.

  5. If your intuition says you can be insanely rich then there is possibility provided you stand for your intuition until you make it happen.

"Intuition is the mother of creativity."

Warren Buffett is one example for such an intuition. What is more important is he really stood for his intuition.

Women know better how to nurture their intuition.

I like the Steve Jobs quote a lot. He is dead because of his intuition to treat his cancer in a "natural way", instead of going to the fucking hospital. Because that would have been an intellectual decision...

Survival bias, you only quoted the few whose intuitions came to fruition. There are millions of investors, traders, folks who started businesses, tech start ups... I am sure they all have intuitions and followed their "dream". Only a few succeeded.

But that is OK, the world needs the fruits of the few who randomly succeeded because without the large numbers who tried there will be no progress.

Peace. Your trying to inspire us is commendable.

Why everybody wants to be rich, instead of happy? Oh, I am on the wrong forum I guess.... :)
