what about the Earn2trade?

  1. Hello palaki06,

If you received a message stating you failed by Approved Times it means you didn't close your positions and orders before 3:10 PM CT until 5:00 PM CT. Keep in mind some countries in Europe already changed to standard time (-1 hour) on October 30th while in America this is done on November 6th.

This is not related to the number of contracts you had open, 4 micros are well within the Progression Ladder rule.

  2. Hello TheDawn,

These allegations are against the former fractional shareholder of Earn2Trade and not Earn2Trade itself. Earn2Trade was never accused of anything and never brought up in the charges. The case has been running for over two years, and Earn2Trade has never been implicated or charged in anything pertaining to the alleged misdeeds. The charges stem only from a period of time before the company existed.

We addressed these allegations as soon as they happened, put out a statement on our website, mailed our users, and continue to regularly address it on the site where the article is posted.

I would like to suggest you implement some sort of automatic liquidation shortly before the restricted time because if there was some sort of power outage then the trader would lose the account. It is unconfirmed but Apex funding does that.

Wont happen, that way they can't charge the failed traders for a new evaluation account .

  5. Hello s trader,

We understand there might be situations where a trader is not capable of closing his own positions or orders by 3:10 PM CT, that is why we encourage using pre-set stop losses and limit orders, as well as having a second-way to connect to their platform or a different one.

Our customer support is also available from 1 AM to 5 PM CT to help out with any inconvenience traders may have at market close.
