You could also get all experimental up in there and keep stats on start time, heat settings, roast batch size, and whatnot to make duplicating your choice for 'choice roast'. Pull fractions of the product out of the heat and onto paper plates labeled 1,2,3... and keep notes when 1 came off and any impressions, same on down the line till all your fractions are off.
