If you're a moderator or Baron...I think it was you :D

Seriously, I did see a message post by Baron in someone's thread about not liking TradingView involving a complaint about someone using the "like" to manipulate that member.

I even gave a like to someone (GRULSTRMNN) in that thread a few days ago that stated TradingView was being used the wrong way by the trader complaining about TradingView.

I have now researched Baron's recent messages going back several months...its not there. More strange...the message post by GRULSTRMNN is not there too. Maybe the thread has been deleted or its my imagination...very strange.

Funny thing, if I'm having illusions right now...I would much rather see the Penthouse model of the month lying in my bed right now. :D

Edit: Just found the thread @ https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/so-these-people-on-tradingview.335267/ via using Google and not the search menu here at ET.

Oddly, Baron and GRULSTRMNN both posted in that thread and the thread does not show up in their post history.

Edit Again: If I do the search differently, I can now see the post they made in that thread called "So these people on tradingview...".

  2. So what... I use Tradovate to connect TradingView with IB? I like IB just fine, for a broker. But I really like scanning and charting on TradingView.

  3. I don't understand? You use the broker Tradovate to connect the Charting program TradeView with Interactive Brokers.

I think you mean that you use IB's feed to connect to TradingView.

  4. Yes that is what I want to do, connect IB directly with TradingView. Currently I don't believe that there is any way to do this, except a very kludgy workaround using alerts to send trades, and TradingView's data. I thought that was what you meant, since you were replying to me, and that Tradovate can be used to facilitate this. That is why I asked if you meant to use Tradovate to connect IB and TradingView. Maybe I misunderstood you.

  5. Tradovate and TradingView made a deal and they integrate with one another for 20 bucks a month....otherwise TradingView charges $105.00/mo CME live data fee.

  9. Hah one thing at a time. Once I am solidly and consistently profitable with stocks maybe I will look into futures and stuff. Right now, $BYND and 3x leveraged ETFs are about the limit of scary factor that I am comfortable with.

BTW I don't think GF has been very profitable with her futures trading. Now she wants to get into swing trading stocks. She did the snoopy dance when she made a buck a share on LUV the other day LOL.
