    Baron,

    A suggestion:
Part 1: One Bitcoin price thread, as a "sticky" thread in the Cryptocurrency forum.
Part 2: Close the multiple existing price threads
Part 3: Close any future Bitcoin price threads that pop up

    Detail of suggestion:

There are many Bitcoin threads that are substantially similar to each other. They can basically be distilled into one of two categories:

    (1) Oh wow! Bitcoin is going up! This is fantastic! I'm going to be rich when this reaches $1 million a coin
    or
    (2) Bitcoin's price represents a whole lot of hype and has risen too far, too fast.

Specifically, the following threads are all in the top 15 Cryptocurrency threads:

"Bitcoin hit a high of $8,458 today on coinbase. I'm calling it. This is the end of Bitcoin"
    https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...calling-it-this-is-the-end-of-bitcoin.315300/

    "BTC ATH tonight. over $9000/btc!"
    https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/btc-ath-tonight-over-9000-btc.315397/

    "Fundamental value of Bitcoin"
    https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/fundamental-value-of-bitcoin.312707/

"Rickards: ‘Bitcoin is a Ponzi Scheme’"
    https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/rickards-bitcoin-is-a-ponzi-scheme.314155/

"BTC ATH right now. over $8000/btc!"
    https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/btc-ath-right-now-over-8000-btc.315226

I especially note that the "Over $9000" thread was started by the same user who started the $8000 thread less than a week ago.

We don't need five different threads to discuss the same topic.

I nominate the "Fundamental value of Bitcoin" thread as the "go to" Bitcoin price thread - it could even be renamed to something like "Bitcoin value / price discussion thread".

  6. As time showed, Bitcoin is still popular and its price has been increasing. The experts predict that it will go up and might reach $28k soon.
