Adapt your trading methodology to you instead of adapting you to the trading methodology. This simple thing (with low/no leveraging and some experience) has been the turning point from losing to making good money day in, day out
Investo; You said you were new to options trading so I would suggest reading "Options as a Strategic Investment" by Lawrence McMillan. It's available at Amazon. I believe the fifth edition, published in 2012, is the newest. Five years is old but the information is still valuable. I view it pretty much as "the bible" for options investors. You said you "blew up your account" which would indicate you are attempting trading options rather than investing using options. . . and there is a huge difference between the two. Best of luck with your investing/trading.
Quote of the day - "Our world needs less gurus and more teachers. Gurus are about helping themselves become successful. Teachers are about helping others become successful."Joseph C. Kunz Jr. Here is a success story of my mentor. He has his own rules that helped him to become a successful trader. https://steadyoptions.com/my-story/
