  1. Scalpers get scaped .What does it mean?

Does it mean that their risk reward ratio is so negative , that they lose all their hard earned profits fron 20 scalps in 1 loss?

Scalpers: Who They Are and What They Do
A scalper is a type of trader that may dart in and out of a stock or other dozens, or in some cases even hundreds, of times a day. The reason these individuals are so active is that they hope to reap a small profit on each trade and that these small profits will add up to big dough at the end of the day. A scalper's goal and job description is fairly similar to that of a market maker.

PATIENCE in trading eventually pays off as it allows you to sit back a bit and wait for the right trading setup. Most traders are too eager to jump in and trade whenever any opportunity arises. This is probably due to our human nature and the eagerness to make a “quick buck”. But if there is one thing that ensures a high probability of winning, it is having the patience to grasp all the necessary information before you trade. Don’t rush things out, or try to enter in a trade at all costs by just following your gut. The market could be quite tricky and often does send out the wrong signs. Wait patiently for the best opportunities to align themselves and then act mercilessly.

Being a patient trader is just one piece of the puzzle that must be in place for the picture of consistently profitable Forex trading to be complete. If you do not learn to exercise the proper amount of patience while trading the markets, you will begin doing all kinds of self-destructive things to your trading account; over-trading, trading off too low of a time frame, over-leveraging, etc

    2 questions

    1. Do you have a life?
    2. You claim you're a successful trader yet you post 10 new threads/day and have over 1000 posts of useless content in less than a months time. When do you find the time to trade or is trolling your full time gig?

    Thanks

The lady is a vendor. She's trying to up hits to her sites and is so broke she can''t afford to pay for the marketing and her time is clearly worthless. The sad soul will either be banned or just leave eventually. I suggest using ignore until that time.

  6. One of the real secrets of trading success is to think in terms of risk-to-reward ratios every time you take a trade.

Ask yourself, before you take a trade, “what’s the risk on this trade, and is the potential reward worth the potential risk?

Does it mean that their risk reward ratio is so negative for scalpers, that they lose all their hard earned profits from 20 scalps in 1 loss?

Let us say they make 2 ticks , 20 times a day , then they have 2 losses of 25 ticks = 50 loss = net loss 10.Maybe they are just not winners

  7. scalping

    1.
The skin covering the top of the human head.
    2. A portion of this skin with its attached hair, cut from a body especially as a battle trophy or as proof in claiming abounty.
    3. A piece of hide from the skull of certain animals, such as the fox, shown as proof of killing in order to collect abounty.

    1. To engage in the reselling of something, such as tickets, at a price higher than the established value.
    2. To buy and sell securities or commodities for small quick profits.

  8. Cons of Scalping

    • Trade precision is required. You may have to enter to the penny on the right entry price.
    • Subject to responding to too much noise in the markets. Every tick may manifest a trade decision.
    • Commissions can add up. Scalpers can trade as much as 300-500k shares a day on average.
    • Scalping for crumbs and not the “real money”. “Swing trading is better than day traders and scalpers who spend hours in front of the screen to pick up breadcrumbs.”
    • scalping can be exhausting. I remember trading in my 20’s utilizing a scalping strategy and being so tired on Friday’s that I would almost pass out from concentration exhaustion after the close.

  9. Real traders don't sit at a screen monitoring every tick , jumping in and out of trades , that is forex idiots.

Good traders can make 1 good trade a week , make 30 ticks a week $30 per pip and it gives a nice living , but not in forex , because that is only possible in imagination in forex .

You don't really need more than 20k to make $900 per week .

You need discipline , mindset and very good 12 " between the ears or a really good strategy and less in the coconut.

This trade already made 30 ticks and $900
