Depends on shoes also, football and soccer use highly structured shoes while running shoes, even control heavy are more flexible and can be less stable.
I used to run uphill, because you get more exercise for less time and it isn't hard on the knees. (also technically you can't run uphill, if the hill is steep enough) Nowadays I am happy if I can jog, what thanks to ACV I can do it again... But no crazy sprinting, I learnt from this thread...
I've always loved running hills but yeah, it's the downhills which create a lot of bio-mechanical stress.
The good thing about steep hills, you can't run downhill* either. I always just zig-zag walked down, that was the resting period before the next uprun... *unless you are chasing a rolling cheese: One guy is taken away in a neckbrace on a stretcher...
Running downhill is counter intuitive as you need to lean forward to go fast and that is uncomfortable to most people.
https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...d-energy-boost-too.309460/page-3#post-4490340 I have been taking a tablespoon of ACV for the last 8 days and I only have positive things to say. It gives an almost immediate energy rush, most likely works on my lower back pain and helps with digestion too. I am also in bed by 9 pm sleeping, but that could be the mountain air... If someone works out in the afternoon or evening, I would recommend taking it just before the work out.
