It's really not that hard to an astute observer. Tiddlywinks, you have a thicker skin than I. Personally, I'm grateful to have sorted out very quickly whom offers real content, focused on purposeful learning and my trading quickly turned from unprofitable to profitable. Jack and Spydertrader's work certainly come with challenges and causes cognitive dissonance to one's pre-existing beliefs of how the markets operate. Valid points, thank you. Merit as I was pointing out was des cheerio violating ToS of both websites by associated me with a random pic. As for the existence of merit in terms of his beef with Jack, the thread he links to has the very thing he claims does not exist. It's true, one has to build their vocabulary just to decipher Jack's logs. All the trades are there as per the system definitions. 100% correct. There have been several times where I thought a poster sounded quite knowledgeable and then mixed in all the threads was some note about how they admitted that they aren't trading, or just paper trading, or just break even or something. One of the options guys on here who you dislike since he talks so much nonsense admitted the same thing just a few weeks ago. He said that essentially for the year he was break even. For someone who can talk the talk, you'd figure they can trade. But alas, not the case at all. No amount of technical knowledge and spewing of impressive jargon leads to profitability.

One was on misc.invest.futures where Hershey was accused of hindsight fills and left the MIF newsgroup. The second was here on ET where he lost anywhere from $600-$2000 (open to interpretation) and was, again, accused of hindsight (impossible) fills.
