Lol. There's a thread somewhere here where someone recommended something for tooth-aches. I remember it. It was something you could buy at CVS. A lot of people chimed in and said it worked for them too. I'll look. Hmmm. If I was going to mine in space, I think I'd be looking for decent sized asteroids. Seems like they'd have all kinds of cool stuff in them. Haven't they traveled across galaxies for billions of years? We'll find a rotation stock. Yesterday's Gummy of the Day made 11% btw. RIOT @$8. Went straight to $9. Its a good short today. I'm not gonna mess with it though. Soon as I go short it'll fly to $12.

WTF does RIOT do? Lets start with that. I liked the volume and the low price but I can't buy something i have no idea what they do. You got to love a company that creates anew position called " Growth Officer "and then hires a heavyweight-- Van EBay is in the Grandma Portfolio right? eBay names Julie Loeger as Global Chief Growth Officer 16:17 EBAY, DFS eBay (EBAY) announced the appointment of Julie Loeger as Global Chief Growth Officer. In a newly created role, as CGO, Julie will lead two critical, global teams that are focused on customer acquisition, retention and service -- Global Marketing and Global Customer Experience. Together, these teams will form eBay's Global Growth organization. Julie will report directly to Jamie Iannone, eBay's CEO and will join the company during the first week of January, 2021. Loeger joins eBay from Discover Financial Services (DFS).
Yes, it absolutely is. Ebay. I forgot to officially put it in there but yeah, we both liked ebay on that last sell-off. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RIOT is a real simple model.... they basically run giant server farms that mine Bitcoin. I love it. Its the easiest business of all time to understand. !!! They have 6 employees!
You might ask Anastassia about Clove Oil. She broke out in a rash. Got very mad. One Trick I use. So I scrawl through many many names thinking what do I want to buy and why... old ideas come back in flashes and then fade away... I cycle I cycle I think trucking, moving things place to place Christmas and what was that stock that the truck drivers like-- it always works... it has two letters Ahhhhhh TA. It's a mental game but whatever stock pops in my head when I'min heavy rotation usualyis the correct stock. So Lets Look First at Travel centers Of America! $32.68.... Hummmm. - Turnaround story. - early Innings - Killed their recent earnings report-- TravelCenters reports Q3 EPS 65c, consensus 25c Ok the kicker here is they benefit as more people go back to work so it is are opening play they sell gas! TA Reports Q3 revenue $1,27B, consensus $1.31B."Despite the continued challenges presented by the global pandemic and the corresponding economic recession, we generated increases of 362.4% in net income, 29.9% in adjusted EBITDA and 10.0% in adjusted EBITDAR over the prior year third quarter. Fuel gross margin increased slightly by 0.8% over the prior year period driven by a significant increase in diesel fuel sales volume and the federal biodiesel blenders' tax credit. Four wheel traffic, which is reflected in gasoline sales volume, remained down over the prior year period and low volatility in the diesel fuel wholesale market caused fuel gross margin per gallon to decline compared to last year. Overall nonfuel revenues decreased 3.7% over the prior year period driven almost entirely by a reduction in revenues at our full service restaurants, many of which remain closed due to precautions taken in response to COVID-19. However, certain of our transformation initiatives have resulted in solid improvements in our store and retail, quick service restaurant and truck service departments, as well as improved revenues from diesel exhaust fluid. Although adjusted fuel gross margin and nonfuel revenues decreased 4.7% during the 2020 third quarter, our adjusted EBITDAR margin increased to 19.4% as compared to 16.8% for the prior year period. This improvement was a direct result of our sound discipline in managing expenses." So managed expenses drive earnings beat and now increased volume could propel this stock upwards-- TravelCenters price target raised to $40 from $34 at BTIG 11/16 TA BTIG analyst James Sullivan raised the firm's price target on TravelCenters to $40 from $34 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company posted a "strong" Q3 result on a combination of revenue generation and cost reductions, the analyst tells investors in a research note, adding that its cash balance was higher as well. Sullivan remains positive on TravelCenters' ability in serving the travel needs of the long haul trucking industry, which he sees as the "dominant" mode of freight transportation in the U.S.
Server Farms are murky at best. There was a story about a big German one and it was all top secrete and when they busted in and went down many many levels under the earth they found all this Dark Web stuff and Nazi stuff and even worse. the absolute scum of the earth rub shoulders with I assume 6 nerds from RIOT. I bet they have a good heath plan!
No no no.... no..... I said "server farm" for lack of a better choice of words to make it easy for you to understand. They mine Bitcoins. Here: https://www.riotblockchain.com/about
I have a point and figure... Target of $56 on TA. I point and I figure. Look at an all time chart look 5+ years and more back... Take your May 2013 peak and draw a line and you catch your Oct 2015 high and it's been down ever since and cupping up in a strong way. That line is about $56 bucks,. Think about ALL THOSE WINNEBAGOS OUT THERE-! They are going to need gas. All these young folks with their ugly campers--I did find a nice one-- I wonder if we could get an angle here:
Hey John... I wanted to ask you, if someone buys one of these, do you just plug it in and start making money? That doesn't sound right. Do you have any idea what fraction of a BTC one of these things can make in a 24 hour period? It's easy to figure out the electric cost for the given period. Not that I'm going to buy one, but this company RIOTblockchain, and I have actually followed them, or at least did research early on a few years back... but they own 1000's of these things. I just read they are taking delivery of 4000 more by Spring. Of course they are paying way less than that price above... and they are financing them.... but just to keep things simple... if someone bought one of these and fired it up... how long will it take to make one Bitcoin? Its gotta be quite a long time I'd imagine. Is this a dumb question lol?
