I want to play a TRADING GAME with you all....

You asked for the easiest one that I could explain to a third grader. That's it. I have indicators that help point out if we are starting and up trend or a downtrend and I have things to use to trigger into the trade, but it's all based on the pic:



I don't actually need indicators. I could use trendlines by themselves. They show so much that is helpful for entering trends, staying in trends or noticing the change in momentum in a trend. I get lazy and don't draw them as often as I ought to, but I do love my trendlines!

 

Here's an example of how I draw trendlines for finding trends and entering them:
