Yahoo was copying trades of some + https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...een-stealing-my-information-for-years.338303/
In your linked post OP never provided evidence. This stuff falls into the category of things that are very illegal. Simply posting it on a forum for attention rather than going to the SEC about it is a big red flag that someone is lying. @Robert Morse is trying to get something out of our OP but so far absolutely nothing has come about it (OP isn't even naming the brokers...) Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence and in my ~1 year tenure at elitetrader I have seen many people claiming XYZ is copying their trades, but when pressed for evidence, suddenly the line goes silent. We have had two posts today (including this one) that discuss someone copying their trades. I'd wager if you're posting on a forum like elitetrader about this problem you are not big enough for anyone to care about. Someone with a real concern (say...Citadel) would have someone at the SEC on the horn immediately. Filing a FINRA complaint is relatively straight forward as well so there's no reason OP couldn't get an immediate response and perhaps an investigation started. These posts strike me as navel gazing rather than an actual concern for the OP or anyone else. I'll believe it when I see. Until then I think skepticism is the only intelligent response.
Damn. My bad... I ment it as a joke, an addition to that picture of yours, just forgot to delete the text in the front, so it looks as if i bought into that. That idea in itself, of, Yahoo copying random low net worth retailer...
I believe sometimes my broker delayed my order execution and send a tip to a market makers. Market maker place a order better than current price and fill For example. With broker 1 (direct market acess) i send a order to buy 100 stocks for 10.0101 broker 2 always send orders to Edge ECN. I send a order to sell 100 stocks for 10.01 BUT order is delayed. mysteriously someone place a order to buy 100 stocks for 10.02 I make a test during after trading hours with a stock without other buyers or sellers
I really doubt so because quantity involved is very small. I am sure broker has other better thing to do.
