Hi everyone. I'm new to EliteTrader & have a newbie question - is there an active working chat room at this site? I found some references to it in older forum postings, pointing to http://www.elitetrader.com/ch/index.cfm When I click on "Log In Now" on that page, I"m taken to a page with a single "Connect" button. When I click on that button, I get a pop-up saying "Error - digichat could not connect to the specified host. Please verify that the DigiChat Server is running and that you are using the correct host name." Can someone help me here? Thanks in advance.
There's no longer a chat room...hasn't been one for a very long time. Thus, ignore any chat room links you find posted by someone a very long time ago. By the way, most of those from ET chat room are now either using IRC, stocktwits, tweetdeck or some other independent chat room far from ET. Baron (ET management) should really update the info at the link you found and specifically tell members that the chat room is "currently disable and no longer available".
