The rationale for the $550K net liq on my end is bc it's a rollover. I'd have to move it into two accounts due to the Draconian BS with Booby requiring me to trade a smaller net liq that's less scary to Booby bitch-tits. I am not going to rollover $360K to one account and $170K to another. I can take the CARES Act w/d for up to $100K but that leaves me needing to roll >$530K.

That's how the wager was structured. So no, I refuse to give this retard the satisfaction after he did everything in his power to RUN FROM a wager that he instigated.

Get this. He calls it his "Orchid Hedge Fund" on Zoom. Yes, his $36K. That's all he's got. And a shitty little mortgage.

Hence the $550K'ish. $637K -> distro of $100K under CARES Act -> remainder in mIRA. This assumes that the CARES Act 3Y loan is legit. I haven't looked into it at all. lol you f*cking pikers.

So nice to have Dest on "Ignore". You don't get any of his s*** but still get to see his a** whopped. :)

It’s not a loan. You simply don’t get penalized for the early withdrawal and then you pay the ordinary income taxes over three years. 1/3, 1/3, 1/3. Not a loan.

Yeah it’s a 3Y grace period. You don’t not pay nominal tax or penalty if paid back at the end of year three. You do not have to make partial payments each year.
