Tell us why you think the judge was wrong to bind him over. Hint: you need to look at the actual papers and decision.

So your questions on a message board are more important than an issue in court that has been briefed and ruled upon, and you can't be trifled to read the papers in order to understand the case law and what they were arguing. Do you think the two legal teams and the judge know less than you do?
I can't dumb this down any further; and you seem slow in not yet picking up on it. I asked you first. If you want answers from me; give me answers first; since I asked my questions first. Sounds pretty fair, no? Or should everyone here just answer your questions and expect no answers from you, except those you are willing to bless us with? Otherwise, I recommend you start working on getting that "law school" refund going.
I googled it in quotes and it seems you are the first in history to write "can't be trifled to". Now I make a lot of typos because of my stupid big hands but that's a good one.
"trifled to" in your sentence makes as much sense as your legal reasoning. And it's not common. Google "trifled to" and report back as to how "pretty common" it is. Get a refund from your English instructors as well.
Its really not. A man saying "I just can't be trifled to do it" and nobody ever correcting him as they know he can't unlearn anything is going into a script I'm writing. Perhaps a CCP agent?
