When detective Serino ask George how does he scream and have his nose and mouth covered too, George do not have answer. Go listen to the interview with Serino. There are other articles which stated that the prosecutor must allow the jury to consider lesser charges. Have the prosecutors in this case filed to allow consideration of lesser charges? The last media reports I read stated they have not. Has this changed?
I want someone to explain the law of USA to me. You have rights to own property. You have communitys too. The communitys is many people live together and do not own property. This is where George Zimmerman live. George choose to live in this community and not to buy his own land. He do not own this land. He live on this land with many people. So why is George "suspicious" of people walking in the rain? Why? This is "community" of many people. George do not own that land to be so suspicious of Trayvon walking in the rain. You really don't know anything, do you? It doesn't matter if you are a home owner or a renter/leasee as far as criminal law is concerned. And, it doesn't matter if some of your neighbors own or rent their homes either. That has absolutely nothing to do with this case. And, you are making statements that don't make sense. Zimmerman didn't spy on Trayvon, he followed and observed him. That is not illegal to do. After Trayvon apparently assaulted him and was beating his face and head as he sat on top of him, any reasonable person would consider his life at risk at that point. Zimmerman just did what he had to do to protect himself from severe injury or possible death. That's called self-defense. It's legal to defend yourself in this country with deadly force in that situation.
