Its funny that they keep doing this, id be the first to admit that in trading intelligence doesnt mean shit, dont get me wrong some smart traders do better than others based on their intelligence, but some of the best traders i have met are guys who are not smart, who dont over analyse, you ask the guy why he bought 10k shares of something and his response is "because it was going up" They were very good a disassociating themselves from the money, which is actually a key trait as a trader. The only people who insist on talking about how much intelligence their job requires are people who are uncomfortable about themselves, it reminds me of my first year of trading when i wasnt making any money and i felt the need to justify my job as something more than a glorified gambler, so if someone started questioning me, id say something stupid like, "the richest people in the world are traders"
Arrow has said , many times that he owned the business. His job entails assessing damage , issuing tenders , managing staff and overseeing the general health and welfare of the company. It has many duties and job titles rolled in one. The general one is self employed/businessman.
