  1. If a mountain lion or bear decides you are dinner, a 357 will not help you unless you have grrrrreat reflexes. If so, I won't say anything fukked up to you.:D

  2. Now that makes sense. Those hand cannons have so much recoil that you will not hit what you aim at unless it is 200 yards away.

  3. Some neighborhood watches do assign shifts. They have meetings. The neighborhood association elects them to do the job.

They don't really ever decide that you are dinner. Mountain lion are super reclusive and attacks are almost unheard of. More of a just in case for them. They like to sleep under the porch of the cabin in the winter. Never come across a bear yet, but friends have.

Now moose are a different story. Big and aggressive here. New bulls always trying to claim new territory. If you get into a stand-off without a weapon you just pray that you can wait it out. They will ram the side of a car as you pass though on the dirt roads. And on trails via ATV, you almost don't have a chance without a weapon. They are fast!!!

Neither does his second sentence in his post just before that one. I think he is suffering from dementia.

I think RCG likes to climb in the cages with the animals at the zoo. No wonder he thinks you have to be quick. :D

  9. We have a ton of deer, and some coyote. No. You shoot right? Can you say that you can hit a mountain lion in full stride towards you? With a 357???
