I think Martin's career choice was "drug dealer". He was just biding his time until he was out of high school to please his parents before going big time.

There is a link somewhere showing some of his clients posting on facebook or someplace saying they needed (insert various terms for drugs).

Right, put some cans of gas on every corner with some matches and extra ammo. Let 'em go at it in their neighborhoods, shoot each other and burn their neighborhoods to the ground.

"There are certain things that can be gleaned about Trayvon from his tweets:

He loved the films Friday, starring Ice Cube and Chris Tucker, and Next Friday, both of which poke fun at street culture. He posted YouTube clips from the films.

He often made fun of street culture, such as the time he retweeted this joke: “If you use kool-aid as hair dye #youghetto.”

He frequently retweeted viral jokes such as, “DOG, Y U NO EAT MY HOMEWORK?” and “GHETTO GIRL NAMED SHANEKAQUELA, Y U NO GET NORMAL NAME?”

He loved Tupac, DMX and Mystikal, all popular rap artists.

He often stayed up late at night waiting for girls to call or text. In one exchange, he singles out a girl to say he stayed up until 1 a.m. waiting for her call, to which she replied, “I did too call u at 12:18 !!!!!!”
Most of his tweets revolved around girls and sex."

"Trayvon’s Gmail account also surfaced briefly. The website Gawker was able to obtain a screen shot of what his inbox looked like before the account was deleted. The inbox showed almost every email was in reference to upcoming SAT exams, scholarship opportunities, and invitations to an open house at Saint Leo University, a Catholic liberal-arts school between Tampa and Orlando."

I do NOT know about Florida but this is how GA law reads in regard to the stand your ground law.

If you have determined you need to use lethal force (as stated in one of the underlined "Defense" sections immediately above) you do not have to try to retreat before using that force. If your defense is valid, you are immune from criminal prosecution (unless it is illegal to carry that weapon where you used it) and civil liability actions.

  5. I believe Zimmerman will be exonerated under the law. Two lives are ruined but at least one gets to breathe.

  6. I'd have to find the picture of the area where the shooting took place, but I think it is a walkway behind a line of houses, not a street. The marker on that pic where the body was lying was on a grassy area midway between the houses and the concrete walkway (like a back lawn) that was running down the center between 2 lines of houses. It didn't look like a spot where you could surprise anybody, but I'd have to see a street view rather than an overhead view to see if there was anything to hide behind.

This seems to be FL's pertinent law.

776.032 Immunity from criminal prosecution and civil action for justifiable use of force.—
    (1) A person who uses force as permitted in s. 776.012, s. 776.013, or s. 776.031 is justified in using such force and is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action for the use of such force...

More proof that the the race hustling lynch mob is now in control, and telling Trayvon's parents what to do.

Here is what Trayvon's mom had to say a couple weeks ago:

One of the things that I still believe in, a person should apologize when they are actually remorseful for what they’ve done. I believe it was an accident. I believe that it just got out of control and he couldn’t turn the clock back. I would ask him, did he know that that was a minor, that that was a teenager, and that he did not have a weapon?”

I think Trayvon's mom knows that this is just a horrible case of people being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and that zimmerman didnt murder Trayvon based on malice. She originally seemed somewhat understanding.

Then the people in the race hustling movement tell her not to say things like that as it will hurt the prosecution. Now today when Zimmerman does apologize, WHICH IS A HUGE NO NO when you are standing trial as it is somewhat of an admission of guilt, when there was zero benefit in what Zimmerman did, and it will infact only be detrimental, all of a sudden his mom comes out and says that it seemed disingenous. It is hard to question the legitimacy of Zimmerman's apology given the fact that the lawyers would have told him what an awful idea it was and tried to talk him out of it.

I would imagine if Trayvons moms lawyer was doing his job, he would have told her how unprecedented it is to apologize before being convicted, and before the bail hearing If he informed her how unprecedented what zimmerman did was, i would imagine she would have been more accepting of the apology given the fact that she has already said she thought of it as an accident, or an unfortunate set of circumstances. What probably happened was completely the opposite where they ginned her up, and got her going on what a cruel murderer Zimmerman is, and how he murdered trayvon in cold blood, and how his words are meaningless.

So my point is this, shouldnt the lawyers job ON BOTH SIDES be figuring out a way to best remedy the situation, and trying to figure out a way that Trayvons family can heal, as opposed to trying to get the maximum conviction possible, facts be damned? I cant think of a better example of how fucked up lawyers make the legal system then this one right here, but it happens all the time.

That's exactly it. The race baiters are pushing them to demand that Zimmerman (and whitey) pay. They've got them so riled up that they don't even want Zimmerman to have bail.

Just wait until the judge tosses the case out. The race baiters are going to use these parents to help foment anger and the riots of the summer of 2012. Many more people will probably die because of the likes of Sharpton and Jackson over this.

  10. He was a thug and it was only a matter of time before he killed someone or was killed by someone else.
