Zimmerman Verdict: Guilt or Not Guilty? Vote now!

Based on the question from the jury asking for clarification on the definition of manslaughter, it appears the jury is no longer considering the murder charge.

Watching coverage on TV now.

 

I don't think jurors are allowed to read ET, or if they do, they are hiding the fact because they would be booted from the jury.

Since we've had a president and Attorney General who are willing to interject themselves into such matters because of race.

 

Looks like 2nd degree murder charge might be off the table.

 

That was to be expected about murder 2. If they are asking for this definition, though, they either haven't examined the issue of self-defense yet or they are deviating from Florida law (which they can do) and want to justify to themselves why they will find Zimmerman guilty of manslaughter.

The scary thing for Zimmerman is that the jurors might think manslaughter will just be a couple years in jail and he might get off with time served. They aren't told what the possible penalties are. However, in Florida with the use of a gun manslaughter becomes a sentence for decades.

Juror B37: •She is white •She has lived in Seminole County for 18 years. •She used to carry a concealed weapons permit.

Juror B51: •She is white •She has been a resident of Seminole County for nine years. •She moved to Florida from Atlanta, Georgia. •She does not have any children. •She retired from a career in real estate, and also worked as a director, supervising 1,200 employees.

Juror E6: •She is white •She is married and has two children. •She has lived in Seminole County for two years. •Her husband and son own guns. •She was involved in a domestic violence incident in her past.

Juror E40: •She is white •She is married with one son. •She moved to Seminole County from Iowa seven months ago. •She served as a safety officer for 25 years.

It's not like trayvon hadn't already been caught at school with jewelry he couldn't explain and tools that could be used for forced entry. Zimmerman's neighborhood had had a rash of breakins and thefts by young black guys as well.

 

If somebody as a philanthropist set up a fund to bail out people that were unjustly villified by the MSM would that fund get audited by the IRS?

I'm just amazed at this one liberal old woman I have to put up with at times.. she's glued to MSNBS, she wants Zimmerman dead!! DEAD! What I know about her is that she hates all religions, is very opinionated and attacks anybody that disagrees with her. I mean she's as quick as a cat, she never tries to actually discuss anything, she just attacks the shit out of people that don't agree with her. She likes to be in political positions and she runs things with an iron fist. She publicly tells people to forget Robert's Rules of Order because she's in charge and that's the end of the discussion.
