Today's egregious Florida gun crime comes to you from Port St. Joe, where police say 59-year-old Walton Henry Butler shot a man in the head last night, then sat down and ate dinner while the victim lay bleeding at his door. Police say he was upset because "he had only shot a nigger."

The victim, 32-year-old Everett Gant, had gone to Butler's apartment to confront him about calling a child a "nigger" and making "several racial remarks to the black children in the apartment complex," according to the police report. Butler allegedly responded by shooting him in the face with a .22-caliber rifle.

After Walt Butler shot Everett Gant he stated he shut the sliding glass door with Everett Gant lying outside the door, called 911 then funished cooking supper, sat at the kitchen table and began eating.

When Sheriff Nugent arrived on scene he made contact with Butler by phone. Butler told him to come in he was eating dinner and had put up the gun. Butler was sitting at the table and acted as if it was an inconvenienced [sic] when he was asked to stand up and handcuffs were put on. He said he did not understand the problem he had only shot a nigger.

    Ok, my mistake.

What I am trying to say to you despite my error is that nobody here is saying the George Zimmerman is a good human being.

Even if he is as bad as you believe him to be it doesn't mean that someone has the right to beat him up.

People here have been saying that Martin was a bad kid. I've been saying it too. But it isn't relevant to what happened. Whatever Martin did before that day doesn't give Zimmerman the right to shoot him.

But the law in Florida says that if you are being beaten and think you will be killed you can use a gun to defend yourself. That is what gave Zimmerman the right to shoot Martin. The history of the two guys doesn't mean anything.

The state of Florida decided that it doesn't think that Zimmerman's actions were consistent with the conditions that allow for him to defend himself with a gun so they've charged him with murder.

Can you tell me what is racist or wrong with what I'm saying?

  5. And you keep saying "he stalk that boy", which is wrong on at least two counts.

One, he didn't stalk him. He watched him. He followed him. Stalking implies an intent to do harm. Obviously that is what you are trying to imply.

The facts establish the opposite. He wouldn't have called the police if he was stalking him with an intent to do harm. Martin initiated the violence, not Zimmerman.

Two, Martin wasn't a "boy." He was a six foot plus young tough with an aggressive attitude.

  8. I do not think George is racist, but I think he profile, then judge guilty, then stalk. Because black boys before are doing the crime in his community. But George never see crime from Trayvon.

  9. He was man enough to beat the crap out of another grown man.

Really, you're beyond hope. Your obsession is frightening, because you are just the sort of idiot woman who gets on a jury and lets her emotion block common sense.

Anyway, I warned you before. I put Richter on ignore for repeating the same crap endlessly, but you're 100 times worse. At least he thought through things and made semi-cogent arguments. Say hello to Ignore.

  10. Maybe you should think AAA. Trayvon stay in the community with his father. He is not stranger. So walking there is not "suspicious." George never say he see crime from Trayvon. So why is George going to stalk him? Trayvon have no gun, and only have cell phone, candy and drink when they find him dead. George live in the community too. George (KNOW) white, latino and black people live all together there. So George never think that boy maybe live there? He say "These assholes always get away" when Trayvon move away from George. Then George keep following.
