Actually I've been trying all along to figure out where this bit about Martin jumping him came from, as there have been no witness accounts of how the two wound up fighting. It appears to be a logical leap taken by the folks who don't think Zimmerman should go to trial, based on the idea Martin could easily outrun him. There also looks to be some thought that since he took a back way to get away from Zimmerman that he could easily have eluded Zimmerman, and had to have jumped him because there would be no other way for Zimmerman to catch him. Something like that. It's not even hearsay. It's speculation.
Did you see/hear her opening remarks at the press conference? If not then you can STFU now , since that's what I commented about.
Hearsay?? Hearsay is something you are saying someone else said. In other words, you heard someone say it - hence the term "hearsay". Zimmerman is saying this himself in his questioning by police. It is NOT hearsay.
If you didn't see her opening remarks you can, STFU now. IMHO: she is swiftly heading into Nifong territory. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Nifong
What is your fascination with two inch pokers? Does Hannity poke you? Do you Stand Your Ground while he's doing it?
