No, you touch a nerve when you avoid addressing what I post...are you a politician? As far as the ignorant comment, it is very fitting when describing you. http://www.dictionary.net/ignorant PS - this is my last post to you, as I do not want to "muddy" up this thread any more. I suggest you be considerate, and do the same.
You often hear the phrase: "Good trading is boring." I think the fear of boredom is one of the most powerful fears. And that's why most people fail at most tasks they undertake whether its trading, permanent weight loss, etc. Sucess is boring - because it requires that you act successfully, over and over again - no room for excitement or deviation. Failure is very exciting. The constant deviations, the frustration, the emotions - its all very exciting. The the excitement is a very dangerous addiction.
Your right about the fact that Jesus Christ would be very disturbed by the distortions that religion / man has made to his teachings. He was before with the Jewish customs of the times and he would still be now with the Catholic or Protestant etc ... Being a Christian is not about that ... being a Christian is about your PERSONAL relationship with him and GOD. Snoop - whatever LOL.
The deification of Jesus (by a mad roman emperor) has taken divinity out of man, it is the greatest crime of organised religion to feed the lie that we are not divine, that god is something seperate, that we must feel guilty... it's a tragedy
Karma I completely disagree with this statement. I love the thrill of trading and to be bored whilst doing it would be stupid.... boredom breeds complacency . Is a professional athlete bord ? We as professional traders are no different then athletes in my opinion.
For an athlete the result is always in doubt, which creates the excitement... if we do our job correctly and think in terms of probability, we know the outcome (not on an individual trade but over a series of trades)... there can be no doubt and therefore no excitement
A true professional trader would never say such a ridiculous thing. There is no one that knows what the market will do I repeat NO ONE not even if you knew EVERYTHING about a situation or trade. The only traders that could be in such a position would be arb traders and even they are not immune 100%. I've been in this business for over 25 years and seen lots of traders come and go because they "think" they have the markets cornered. Bad belief system my friend.
LOL Spoken like a fool. Do you know me personally ? Then I suggest you keep your insecurites to yourself.
Let me tell you this like you are 5 years old because you speak the words of the half wise, you are correct when you say nobody knows what the market will do next... it is equally correct that nobody knows if the next toss of a coin will be heads or tails... but... and this is key... I know the next 100 coin tosses will produce 50 heads and 50 tails... and if I have done my job correctly, honed my system and know it backwards and think in probabilities then I also know what the next 100 trades will bring... and if you dont... then you will always be paying for my dinner... thats a pro my friend!
