It seem that both NT and Zen-Fire are have serious trouble which is totally unacceptable to day trader.
Zen Fire has issued an email (via the brokers that support them) to clients describing exactly what happened and their plans to help prevent similar outages in the future.
Bizarre. I use ninja 6 with Rithmic (thru Vision) which is the underlying technology provider for ZenFire. ZenFire licenses a copy and runs it on their own server, essentially. I have never had problems with Rithmic connectivity. I autotrade six days a week, 24 hrs a day. Thank god I've never had to deal with that type of issue.
I read this and then checked my inbox. This was through Mirus but I'm guessing it went to everyone who has an account that uses Zenfire. I'd say it was a rare event and a good opportunity to buttress the system even more.
