I noticed the problem a couple of hours ago and sent a note to Ninja Trader Support who said it was a problem with the ZF ISP and there was no ETA for resolution (that was a while back now). Did Miras send out an alert to any of their clients saying ZF were having problems...... if they did I did'nt get it!! JR
Thanks for the link. They said it was between Mirus and ISP... I was told that Mirus has been working to reestablish contracts with several providers and is going through some pains as they reestablish contracts. Rithmic is aware of the issue but cannot resolve it on their end.
brokeage who sells marketing name zen fire does not have time to send out an alert. i bet they are waiting for rithmic tech to solved the prob
Mirus sent an email after the last nightmare with steps they were taking to avoid / ameliorate the issues in the future. This was 1st on their list... Has anyone received anything? @ emg. Your point has been made. We get it. Thank you. R
I had issues this morning too, I've been a happy customer so far up until today. Anyone have a suggestion for something better? I'm with Mirus, ninja, zenfire right now
