It’s interesting that people start down playing Lynch : Oh, this was long time ago market is more efficient now, etc. But then you read about Chris Cammillo of the Unknown Market Wizards.
Lynch promoted buy what you know. If you use a product and like it buy the company. If you notice that a certain store is always busy or a certain hotel chain is expanding buy the company. Like most investment books you have to dig deep to find out when to sell.
There is some one on YouTube who bought a telsa model s and put the same money into Tesla stock and made $15m.

I don't know, I read the whole Mark Douglass book and remembered it being boring as hell and one I'll never re-read again. Just a bunch of common sense stuff, and worse. That said, how are these people hosting these books on youtube and not getting yanked for copyright violations?
