  1. Pointy is now in deep-think mode. Sometimes this takes an entire night.

Put an ice bag on your head, I heard that helps trolls think faster.

  3. Right. I forgot that Tsing is your samurai warrior hero who insults other posters while having them on ignore so they can't see his heroic posts. And what we might call hiding behind a skirt, he thinks of as "ninja."

  4. Tsing does not know the difference between China and Japan... he probably has a kanji tattoo that literally means refrigerator.

  5. Probably.

He needs to get over himself. Tsing actually called Pwnedexter a "true samurai" not too long ago. I mean, who says that? I'd post a link, but he has me on super-ignore, so I can't see his posts. (Which I think is just super.)

I think he has jiu jitsu on the brain. Irreversible. One obvious symptom is a crossover affinity to a Chinese beer that reportedly comes from a horse that should have its kidneys checked.

  6. I have ticked the only option box for ignore and it makes no difference. Is that something an admin activates?

True Samurai.. wow. I've told him before but he made the mistake so pretended he did not care anyway that the Chinese port city the beer is named after has nothing to do with his Kanji profile pic.

I even have him a better version of that script, because I'm so nice.

Tsing, Pointy and whats his name the Canadian-American dude seem to have an appreciation society going.

Didn't read what you offered him and couldn't care less. Haven't read a valuable post from you yet.

Here is the reality -- let's take a look at how media is regulated already in the U.S. with the requirement for universal application of regulations to all parties.
    • There is a defined list of words from the FCC which cannot be used over the public air-waves. These terms must be 'bleeped' when broadcasted. It does not matter who the commentator is -- the rule is universally applied.
    • TV Stations are required to provide TV time for political messages. The TV stations cannot pick & choose which candidates to apply air-time to.
    • TV stations cannot decline to air political commercials if they dislike the candidate. They can only decline the commercial if it violates federal decency standards.
    • There are regulations on the amount of media ownership allowed in local markets.

In a similar manner, social media is now a media channel which requires regulation to ensure that policies for banning and post removal are equally to all parties -- no matter their political perspective, race, religion, gender, or LGBTQ identity. If the social media companies will not uniformly apply their policies across all users then the situation is ripe for government regulatory involvement. The days of the wild west in the social media sector are drawing to a close. Take a look at what is happening in Europe.

And even if the US decided to follow your rationale, Jones would've been banned by the Fcc; so really it's a weak defensse
