you're paying for this schoolbus drivers $800k house

  1. I hate to say it but I don’t care if people like this lose a home like that . They had no business buying it in the first place. They can lose that home and get one they can afford. I am not against the plan to help out home owners. Lets help out the ones that can still afford the homes they live in .

    That is not even an issue.

    Besides, a corporation would get a non-recourse loan only with 30-50% down.

    The only reason people get non-recourse terms for low/no down payment loans is Liberal politics... greedy, reckless, and foolish politics.
