My neighbor was a physicist who went into the buy side. He says that "joy and misery are quantum entangled." Obv a metaphor but ppl don't work out bc it's unpleasant and life gets in the way. You're never going to make gains while comfortable. Whether those gains are weight loss, cardio, strength.
%% LOL ;cant really tell for sure on a pic of a man with smiles. As far as a woman; better a few pounds overweight than super skinny. I always wondered in the Bible why fat was included in the Hebrew definition of prosperous . Dr John Hagee said in Bible times they had no animal feed stores, so a little fat was good thing. I like what Rich Dennis said ''expect extremes''\ but he was talking tradeing ; not people that were obese. I need to lose a few pounds myself
That sounded like an interesting challenge, so I thought back... Foods I used to hate as a kid but love (or at least enjoy somewhat): Asparagus Brussel Sprouts Broccoli Scallops (The one bi-vavle seafood out of all the rest, see below) Stuffing ------ Foods I used to hate as a kid and still hate now: Grape Nuts cereal Beef liver Most bi-valve seafood (clams, oysters etc.) Eggplant Parmesan (or any other form) Rice pudding/bread pudding Chicken wings (too much work for too little meat) Mushrooms So it is interesting that off the top of my head I can easily remember more foods I still hate but then struggle to remember foods I hated but now at least enjoy if not totally love.
