I'm at a new prop shop and these guys have a 401K that have fees that are way too high for expected performance.

Any of you guys come across good 401K plans offered through brokers/funds with low fees I can suggest to my firm? The liquid funds account some of us signed up for lost almost 40% of our returns for 2006! (I was only vest about a month.)

I could use a few options to present to the CEO.

All your suggestions (except for the "shove it up your...") are appreciated!
