I mean, maybe we should stop and think:

a. Why is it that NO channeled messages support your message?

b. Why are there NO angelic channels supporting your ideas?

c. How can there be SO MAnY demonic messages...and FEW To NONE angelic messages supporting your ideas?

Are these fair questions?

There is only reality, yes? Why then do we divide reality into regular-reality, and super-reality? Is this some kind of gas pump where we have to make choices like this? How about high-octane reality.

Maybe you are questioning whether such things as minerals or magnetism can be alive and aware? Is there evidence they are not?

There are two kinds of magnetism...primal and derivative. This is the alpha and the omega of existence. So is that natural or supernatural?

Well, just what i said- the amount of "curve fitting" with regard to archeological finds is absurd. You have conveniently leapt over the issue, by stating you werent too concerned with archeological eveidence of the bible, at the end of the day, at all, and clearly state your beleif "supernatural " evidence is either of angels or devils, when it should be quite damned obvious they are one and the same thing, an overwhelming reliance on superstition, and an underwhelming lack of objectivity,

You dont? See one of my previous points, ALL of these natural forces WERE regarded AS SUPERNATURAL, and invariably evil, at some point by christian churches.

So your now copping out, by saying you never beleived that, or you never saw any evidence????

I’ve only read the last few pages of this thread so hoping that that I’m not repeating what has already been said. There is one piece of work that comes to mind that was purportedly channeled which is very Christian to me and that is A Course in Miracles.

 

Those are fair questions but not valid for the Christian community. They're coming at things from a very different way of thinking.

Christians, or at least charismatics, have many prophetic messages that come from the Holy Spirit. There is no need in general for angelic messages.

Charistmatic Christians would never even think of seeking out an angel to give them a message.

 

I'm sorry, but I don't get what your point is. You're talking about Genesis 1, Maxwell's equations and political history and I don't see the point you're making in all of it. Not trying to be difficult...

 

BTW, magnetism , chemistry, solar navigation,WRITING and biology were ALL regarded as the "devils" work at one time or another, and still are, IE , SUPERNATURAL, or evil.

Yes, but keep in mind that Christians do NOT see most demons as poltergeist, Exorcist-type beings. They are simply in our eyes fallen angels that decided to follow after Lucifer. Their personalities are as different as humans and their missions and purposes as well.

From the Christian standpoint some are blatantly destructive and some are deceptive – appearing as an “angel of light”, etc.

And I’m really not trying to aggravate – just trying to give you a perspective where most Christians are coming from….
