Believe it or not, I'm not trying to be aggravating. I was just pointing out that from the Christian standpoint you've got devils and you've got angels and there's no in between. And that, btw, is substantiated by the fact that (as far as I know) NO channeled message has ever channeled anything remotely traditionally Christian. It is ALWAYS occult/new age/eastern in theology. Coincidence? I think not...
Um the "whacked " reference is in referral to , like i said, what he was doing-the scenario sounds like a setup for a lynching is all. This kind of stuff happens all the time, yet biblical types claim a monopoly on the situation, and always end up with "it was a demon", despite other investigation.
Please read my post to Stu. I did NOT, for the third time now, say that I could prove God or Christianity through archaeology. In fact, I said the opposite.
I agree that everything is spiritual by one definition of the word. But I don't know of any evidence that minerals and physical forces such as magnetism have any supernatural characteristics or attributes. I know that's something that is widely accepted in the New Age. But where the evidence is for it - well, I have no idea...
Sorry, was just pointing things out, i happen to like archeology and paleontology, rather than "dragon bones" as they were first described. Archeology is imporatant imo, and at the end of the day, the only solid link to the past-looking at the mistakes or assumptions made on the basis of old bones, there is no question most of them were the direct result of religious dogma, superstition and "spiritual"subjectivity, there is no question of that.
If you had read the correct bits of the bible, that would be clear-made man out of mud, life force, etc........earth, materialism, not dominion over animals, frollicking with carnivores, not hating basically everything, or dismissing any other veiwpoints or exterminating those who hold them. History suggests that religion is not the way, the truth, the life. That IS the evidence, imo. BTW, magnetism , chemistry, solar navigation,WRITING and biology were ALL regarded as the "devils" work at one time or another, and still are, IE , SUPERNATURAL, or evil. See?
Thanks for pointing that out! We now have a clue! Are you really suggesting that all these eloquent messages...when not reinforcing your predetermined ideas about what is christianity....are demonic? JohnnyK
