  1. I thought you were a research scientist or something like that? Shouldn't you at least do a little research befor making such ingorant claims?

  2. I think you've proven that there is no such thing as evidence that condradicts your preconcieved determinations.

Reality takes precedence over all. There is reality we understand, and that we do not understand...reality we allow, reality we do not allow...reality we accept, reality we reject.

We are allowed to live in illusions for as long as we want.

Either what I propose is real or its not. If it is, science will back it up since science is, or ought to be, a dialogue between truth and reality.

Your methods of exploring reality don't seem very accurate, yes? You are now insisting that there is "none" evidence for Atlantis, while Easter Island is out there standing as evidence for the sunken continent of Mu. It was part of a larger quarry, part of, and serving the mainland.

Learn to deal with probabilities, and then deal with probabilities more accurately. The black and white stuff is unproductive, yes?

It starts with honesty. When you are honest, you learn to trust your self regarding probabilities. When we are not honest with ourselves, we see mirrors everywhere...and we can't trust anyone.

While we demand evidence, life goes on.

You have been prepared to suggest something you call "abundant archaeological evidence", of which there is none, and what stuff there is , has no more going for it than evidence for Count Dracula,

So you criticize me for pointing that out to you.
That makes your response a rather shallow one.

  5. I've done a little research and learned that while the Bram Stocker Count Dracula is a fiction, it is based on a true character, Vlad Teles "The Impaler". While Vlad is a hero in Transylvania for fighting off the Turks, his harsh trade measures with foreign merchants earned him enemies in the West and it became fashionable to malign him with fictions. And Vlads other nickname WAS "Dracula" and he was a ruler...at least a Count or more.

  6. So there's miracles happening all over the globe, just like in the book of Acts...except the one's that don't act right?

  7. I think you know where I'm coming from, so I don't want to aggravate you. But for the record: I don't think everything that comes out of every channeler is incorrect or a lie. I'm just saying that from my worldview, I wouldn't trust it.

  8. Btw, to a certain extent, I agree with what you're saying here. It's just why do they have to bring Count Dracula into it!

  9. I'll try to find out from my friend more why Dracula is part of their mission.

  10. I criticize you because you continually trash talk in areas where you have decided not to do even a little homework. One of the Bible's strongest areas is archaeology and researchers have used it as history for just that reason. It has proven very - of course I would say completely - reliable.

I don't have time to give all the examples of this, but here are just a few:

    1. In 1961 archaeologist were working the ruins of an ancient theatre in the Roman city of Caesarea Maritima. They discovered a stone with the inscription saying Pontius Pilate - Roman Prefect of Judea. The plaque explained that Pilate was building a Tiberium and dedicating it to Ceasar Tiberius. Some people had criticized the New Testament saying that Pilate was really just an inferior procurator, but this showed that he was in fact a prefect/governor.

    2. In Nov 1990 construction workers in Jerusalem were digging through an ancient burial cave that had been sealed since the Roman armies had destroyed the city near AD 70. They found a beautifully decorated ossuary - a burial box - with an etching on the side that said in ancient Aramaic "Caiaphas". That inscription, along with other family members inscriptions on the side, clearly showed it was the ossuary of Caiaphas, the high priest who condemned Jesus to death.

    3. Sir William Ramsay was arguably the greatest archaeologist of his day and started out as a skeptic of the Bible. He discovered on one of his digs an ancient monument that bore writing that included an important reference to cities in Asia Minor. One of the references was to the city of Iconium and it clearly said that it was a Phrygian city or a city in Lycaonia just as the Bible says. All of Ramsay's colleagues had criticized the Bible based on certain writings of Cicero that indicated the opposite but the Bible turned out to be correct.

As an end note, Ramsay finished his life saying "Luke is a historian of first rank - this author should be placed along with the very greatest of historians."

Anyway, I could list many more examples but I'm not sure I want to type that much!!
