  1. i didnt discount her story because she had witnesses and pictures and ufos have a natural explaination so therefore could be possible.

  2. There is NO evidence for UFO’s being physical, i.e. no one has ever found a “TriCorder” or a “Dilithium Crystal” or any other piece of physical evidence from a UFO. What they have found are the typical patterns of phenomenon associated with the occult/supernatural. Here’s a couple of examples:

    1. Energy disturbances, i.e. trees/plants burned or flattened.
    2. Objects performing phenomenon that defy physical laws, i.e. heavy objects trun a sharp and instantaneous 90 degree turn.

So the bottom line is that you must use the same criterion to investigate UFO phenomenon as you would other purported supernatural event.

  3. There is no “natural” explanation for lights dancing and hovering a few hundred feet from your balcony. Not unless you beiieve in Tinkerbelle…

  4. sure there could be a natural explaination. i will research it further later. have to go scoop some snow.

sho, i know its uncomfortable to have your security blanket unwound but a free mind is worth the short term discomfort.

  5. First of all, some of the oldest manuscripts are not always considered the best.

Second of all, and most importantly, there are a dozen other places where Jesus is clearly assigned deity in the New Testament.

These are all very weak arguments for the same reason...

  7. Ball lightning? Various insects are known to flouresce as well, and swarm.

  8. Very unlikely. Besides the fact that ball lightning and insects don't match the physical description, it would be very unlikely that either would be cited all over a city of three million people. Trust me - this is one that has even the experts baffled.

Read her description again - either she was smoking peyote or this was not ball lightning:

"I took mental note of every nuance - size, shape, color, distance. Each sphere was an oval, between 3 and 6 feet across. The orbs seemed to be hovering motionlessly in perfect symmetry, one on top, and the other two aligned underneath, like a pyramid. The soothing amber light contained with in each orb looked different from any light I had ever seen. It didn't glare at all, and was uniform throughout, reminding me of a holiday luinaria that shines from within, without the light extending beyond the edge."

  9. And all of this is not unlike occult phenomenon btw...

  10. What kind of proof are you looking for? What kind of miracle would you prefer? How many witnesses? How many of the witnesses need to be dead?
