Prayed a lot for gamebirds ,since except for gamebird hunting with banker Dad as a kid; lacked many good gamebird hunts.Had plenty of big game . And after probably 7 years plus of prayer, seemed like Lord loved Israel more than me; that is till finally made it to Argentina. Gamebird [ear red dove] population ,believe it or not & I didn't till i saw it-= about 16 million gamebirds. In Argentina, NO dove limits, last time went there.Its Amazing. No, it doesnt work. That is possible-its also possible the testaments were referring to rabies, epilepsy and other illnesses of which they were ignorant, just as quakers & some evangelicals confused the euphria of frenetic dancing with connection to higher powers, something "savage " tribes the world over had known for some time. Never even thought about the quail issue and have never been a hunter myself, but very interesting... Don't know much about John Hagee but I'm sure he has a lot of great things to say. I do want to encourage you to read/listen to as many different Christian authors/speakers coming from as many different angles as possible. Then decide for yourself of course. It's so easy for one guy to take things out of historical or literary context in certain areas and the only to get that is to read and study a lot... Just my two cents... Curt
Sorry, acronym - and I don't know you - but that is just plain ignorant. Even someone non-Christian, but heavily involved in the occult, would tell you that is ridiculous. I'm sorry to be strong, but I just don't know how materialists, which I assume is what you are, can state things with such certainty and be so dead wrong on subjects they know absolutely nothing about. So many of you guys act like you've studied this all your life, but I know doggone well that's not true. I don't know how to say this any more obviously: demons don't generally manifest themselves like an epileptic! They manifest during altar calls or during prayer times often like the examples I gave you. Or they talk to Christians in certain cases. I shared on another et thread about a close friend who had a demon talk to her. The pastor who married me once had the daughter of another friend slithering on the floor like a snake around the sanctuary until they delivered her. Look - if you want to believe everyone is insane and acts like a demon sometime - great. At least that has a modicum of logic to it. But please don't tell me it's just epilepsy. That's just lame...

Oh, i wasnt implying that is the ONLY basis for some things, in fact the reason i used that as an an example is precisely because of my experience, regarding all manner of things that may or may not be regarded as variously, supernatural, demonic, or in my veiw, miraculous, even in a bible totin way. Its just that, its also my experience, bible-totin types are usually the first to dismiss anything that challenges there beleifs. I have experienced,in one way or another, practically every damn variety of experience there is to offer on this planet, which is why i have to say, holding such a narrow minded view as is held in scripture, when one has seen otherwise, would be just a cheap cop out from my perspective. Sorry to have misjudged you. It's just that there are so many on et that are Great Randi materialists that I just can hardly take it. It not actually that I mind their conclusions - I actually understand partially why they think the way they do - it's just that they act so arrogant about it and are so insulting when it's obvious they're clueless. So, again, if you've actually spent some time looking into it and lean toward some brand of materialism, then that I can at least respect...
