Your motivation slogan for DISCIPLINE.

  1. Big, what is big.

Are 5.000.000,- € big ??? Ask your self.

    or are 15M big.

    Its a personaly definition.

5M € always was my minimum to be financial free, to have no sorrows anymore about money for the rest of my life.

But i dont be satisfied with that alone.

Can i buy a nice house with that, no, i cant.
Can i buy a holiday house with that, no, i cant.
Can i buy a yacht with that, no, i cant.
Can i buy a hot expensive sports car with that, no, i cant.
Only if i would touch the life saving and then i would not be financial free anymore.

    What is big in trading?

I mean just look at this here. With 5 million, i can piss off there.

Its a personaly thing. Were you are satisfied.

    This thread is for motivation.

Motivation is always the same, its a kick ass feeling, doesnt matter how much i already have achieved off my goals.

With every reaching of one of my goals, immediately a new goal starts. I have no peace in my mind.

I am like an warrior machine, only living to complete my current missions.

5 million euros is not big, in trading FX.

I am looking forward to do privat banking FX trading and trade the real market and show the bankers how good i am and grow my suisse accounts. LOL

Big for me, would begin with 50 million Dollarz and up........
Why, because i am a FX trader and Richard Dennis is my hero.....

I am an expert specialist in my FX and Commodities trading and i am always surprised that i still learn more and want to become better........But if something is perfect, there is nothing more better...... i am confused.............

    PEACE OUT

Motivation is everything, its the breakfast for the champions.

I just wanted a cool thread for motivate some traders.
I believe motivation is the most important thing in every part of life. Its not to bump myself up and show how cool i am, NO, its to show how successfull people think and thats how they do. OK?

    THINK POSITIVE.

  3. I'm very undisciplined, I can't do anything more than minimal levels of work at anything if I dislike it.

I found the way to be motivated is to enjoy something, to find it meaningful, to do it in the company of motivated people, and - most important - to get addicted to it. Then, I can pretty much spend all hours doing it, to the point that I don't get enough sleep, skip meals and chores etc. This vastly outperforms what I could do through discipline alone. Necessary but boring tasks can be outsourced to others.

For a long time I tried to improve my discipline, due to other people advising that it was necessary, saying laziness is a vice etc. Eventually I realised that was rubbish, and that you need to cater to the needs of your own nature, not conform to other people's needs for their natures. Different people get motivated in different ways, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

There is no substitute for introspection, thorough and honest self-analysis, and experimentation.

  4. Yes ... a thousand times yes!

There are times we must suffer through tasks and even periods of time stuck in what we must do. But once there are choices pick what you love.
