the United States Military medical personnel are the most trained and most work in either VA hospitals, private civilian hospitals or base small medical clinics and they have higher vaccination rates than the current overall military personnel that's around +70%.

The above stats include active duty, reserves and national guard.

Simply, its a funny tall tale that unvaxxed military people will be replacing unvaxxed civilian medical people but still funny. :D :p :D

Yet despite all the whining and biatching by anti-vaxxer advocates... hospital systems are seeing less than 0.5% of their staffers quit due to Covid vaccine mandates. This was a great way to identify the staff members who make bad decisions and make sure they don't work in your medical system.

The laughable part is -- once they quit no reputable health care provider will hire the unvaccinated.

The threat of covering their positions with the national guard simply ensures the anti-vax clowns on a hospital staff know the gig is up.

The Reality: Very few quit. So few in fact that it is merely a rounding error in the thousands of people these healthcare systems employ. In fact it is less than their average monthly attrition pre-Covid.

80 of 30,000 UNC Health workers quit over COVID-19 vaccine mandate

As pretty much everyone on Earth knew would happen, even the most loudly anti-vax plague rats are rolling up their sleeves and getting the shot once they realize that "we're going to fire you from your job" isn't a bluff. So much conviction. Such bravery.

Faced with losing their jobs, even the most hesitant are getting vaccinated

Many will just find another career or go back to college and get a new degree.
    • Most of them are already unhappy / burnt out from the Pandemic prior to vaccination.
My sister (a head nurse) at a famous hospital stated that about 50% of the nursing staff had already been discussing quitting, early retirement (those at retirement age) or going back to college and getting a new degree outside of medicine...all of this before vaccine mandates because Covid in 2020 took too much out of them mentally and physically.

This same is true for my brother (a doctor) at his hospital in a different state in the United States and my girlfriend (an ICU nurse soon to transfer to Pediatrics) here in Québec, Canada.

More importantly, all of this before the Delta Variant hit and targeting younger adults and children...hospitals started returning back to near last year's levels...they went into panic mode.

I thought my girlfriend was going to have a nervous breakdown because she was seeing more Pediatric patients...little kids / teenagers...a tough pill to swallow. She cried more these past few months than all of last year during the Pandemic.
    • She's fully vaccinated...one of the first to do it without anyone telling her she had to do it.
Next, U.S. government and Canada government order vaccines mandates...a minority of the healthcare workers just couldn't take it anymore while most have embraced it especially the ones with families or someone with a vulnerable immune system (e.g. elderly love one) living with the healthcare medical worker.
    • The good thing, many graduating nursing students will easily replace those that have left the medical field...most of the nursing students in college were vaccinated just to return to college to finish their nursing education.

    Nice work Mr. Biden

    • 2021 has surpassed 2020 to become the deadlier year for COVID-19 cases in the United States despite that vaccines have been readily available to most Americans for months

Well, I guess if the dumbasses this year had decided to get vaccinated, the number would be lower, because GUESS WHAT! There was no vaccine in 2020!

2020 was a Pandemic for everybody.

2021 is a Pandemic primarily for those Not Vaccinated.

...An overwhelming majority of Americans who have died in recent months, a period in which the country has offered broad access to shots, were unvaccinated. The United States has had one of the highest recent death rates of any country with an ample supply of vaccines...
    ----------

In my opinion, most of those Not Vaccinated had lost their lives because of misinformation/disinformation while the next largest group of Covid deaths were due to people making it political because Biden won the U.S. Presidential election and then there's a smaller group of Covid deaths due to being hesitant (just waiting for something to convince them to get vaccinated).

Those fully vaccinated are doing much better in trying to get back to normal versus those not vaccinated. We can travel internationally, we can attend venues, we can go to restaurants that require vaccination, we've secured our employment, we've protected loved ones / friends that may not know they have an underlying medical condition, and we've added an extra layer of protection for our children that can not be vaccinated.

So yeah, 2021 is Darwinism's way of weeding out the weak (those not vaccinated) with a great help from the Delta Variant that's targeting younger adults here in 2021 in comparison targeting the elderly in 2020 and there will be more to weed out with two more months remaining in the year. :(

Another critical issue, we had a major lockdown in 2020 along with border closures that saved 36k - 400k lives depending on which models you believe...no lockdown in 2021.

It is a sad state of affairs. I just got off the phone with a relative who is totally anti-vax on this thing. I was trying to convince to get the fucking shot. The argument might seem familiar. "NO NO NO! It is going to make it worse! It is government control! You're just a sheep for getting it! It is an untested technology!"

I am so fucking sad for that family member.

It's like...Well, shit. Penicillin was a new technology, but nobody had a problem taking THAT one. Fuckers. All of them. I am about to disown that family member, for stupidity.

How do we get the vaccine mandate lifted
What is the goal of cases per day that the Government will remove the mandate

Regardless of the means by which it’s obtained, governments never relinquish control.

Society was given a chance to do the right thing to protect the welfare, health, and safety of others in their community when we came out of the lockdown in 2020...unfortunately we were not willing to do it as a whole.

Many places in North America just did not care (e.g. maskless parties, protests, making it political intentionally spreading misinformation online, etc).

This not caring (not following the CDC health guidelines as a whole, growing vaccine hesitancy) forced the government to take the next step...vaccine mandates.
    • We have a history (e.g. 1918 influenza) to help us know when governments will remove mandates and it shows it is only partially removed...
As in, mandates will remain for the military, schools, healthcare workers, refugees, and immigrants while it's removed off of businesses only. These mandates are then buried quietly but people just get used to them...they become a normal part of life.

In the United States, I remember long lines at schools where we were vaccinated at schools in Kentucky not far from the military base where my old man was stationed. My mom and a few other photographers were taking photographs. School vaccinations were a common scene across America...very little misinformation campaigns...just a part of life as a military family.

    European-Compulsory-Vaccinations-2.png

In contrast, mandates are removed from businesses while letting each business itself decides if they want to require their employees to be vaccinated. Historically, it has been the Public Health Agency of a country that decides when to lift mandates.

Today, those agencies look to the WHO considering countries today are globally connected with people traveling from country to country very easily...a favorite route for transporting viruses without people knowing they are endangering the society of another country.

In short, you're going to need to see declines that stay low enough where its no longer a threat to the welfare, health, and safety of others. Next, the WHO would then declare its no longer a Pandemic.

Yet, even after the WHO makes such a declaration, vaccine mandates have always remained for the military, schools, healthcare workers, refugees, and immigrants since the early 1900s.
    • Sadly, society gets used to those Not Vaccinated just dying off or using antiviral therapeutic treatments to stay alive whenever they become infected...making pharmaceutical companies richer beyond their imagination.
This is one of the reasons behind the growth of our healthcare system (e.g. hospitals, private medical practices, clinics) because people have illnesses that were preventable and they made a decision early in the infection, prior to being infective that they just don't care or they're poor and do not have easy access to proper healthcare.

As more people die from Covid, those not vaccinated will begin to get smaller in numbers and when that threshold of danger is reduced to a safe manageable small number...vaccine mandates on businesses will be lifted but never on the military, schools, healthcare workers, refugees, and immigrants.

    Very true.
