Your Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccine

Discussion in 'Politics' started by gwb-trading, Feb 26, 2021.

  1. What is the death rate of Covid per 100,000 for those under the age of 54 without comorbidities? It is almost zero, right? Why should these people compelled to get vaccinated? It is not them who are filling up hospitals, agreed?

Perhaps people should take the free shot; rather than have tax payers foot the bill to build this that and the other. And rather than having everyone else's healthcare premiums increase.

The issue I'm debating is about innocents not having an ICU bed available during an emergency because of the unvaxxed occupying them.

This has nothing to do with 'survival of the fittest.' If it did, one could argue that we should let the unvaxxed die at home, sucking down ivermectin, as their brains are obviously unfit; instead of taking up valuable hospital space--since they chose to be unvaxxed, and should be OK with seeing that choice through. That's survival of the fittest brains.

Absolutely, if someone makes a decision to not be vaccinated and they then become severely ill from Covid Delta Variant...they should be require to foot their own medical expenses.

Yet, if their medical insurance plan will cover their medical expenses...great.

In contrast, hospitals (there are many) that can not give proper medical care to other patients because of too many Covid patients using the resources of the hospital...put them outside in a medical tent like the ones New York used in Central Park to manage last year's Covid crisis that were overwhelming the hospitals.

Of course the families of the Covid patients scream and holler about how unfair it was. :(

In contrast, this year is completely different because people understood face mask wear, they understood to wash their hands, they understood to not interact with large crowds and they understood the importance of vaccines.
    • Simply, no more excuses why adults (I'm not talking about children that can not be vaccinated) can not do what it takes to protect themself, their friends and their loved ones.
Yet, those that are publicly known to be anti-vaccine, anti-mask, and spreading misinformation about Covid online as in expressing themselves on social media...

They are the people that should be denied medical care when they become severely ill from Covid. By the way, children are exempt even if their Covid illness is due to being infected by an ignorant Parent because Pediatric care of children with severe Covid illness should always be a priority.

Admission Against Interest: White House Chief of Staff Admits Vaccine Mandate is a “Work Around” the Constitutional Objections

In the law, it is called an admission against interest or an out-of-court statement by a party that, when uttered, is against the party’s pecuniary, proprietary, or penal interests. In politics, it is called just dumb. White House chief of staff Ronald Klain offered a doozy this week when he admitted that the announced use of the authority of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for a vaccine mandate was a mere “work around” of the constitutional limit imposed on the federal government. The problem is that the thing being “worked around” is the Constitution. Courts will now be asked to ignore the admission and uphold a self-admitted evasion of constitutional protections.

Biden's mandatory vaccination order covers federal employees and contractors of the Executive Branch. The Legislative Branch will need to take their own action.

No, President Biden's vaccine mandate for federal workers does not apply to members of Congress and their staff

The president cannot impose a vaccine mandate on Congress via executive order or in an agency or department regulation, according to the Congressional Institute.

Sadly this has happened before... Just keep in mind the rare "injury" inflicted by vaccine incidents across society were much less deadly and painful than the disease.

The tainted polio vaccine that sickened and fatally paralyzed children in 1955
It was ‘one of the worst biological disasters in American history,’ one scholar wrote
