Murphy, Gov. of New Jersey, et al. The case focused on four New Jersey nurses who filed a lawsuit against New Jersey's COVID-19 vaccine requirements in the workplace, citing religious freedom and health concerns... I think what happened (the reason) is that the Supreme Court determined the cited reasons were faked by the nurses because it has already been determined in other cases that if someone had a legitimate reason as in being able to provide evidence that they can not be vaccinated because of their religious beliefs (e.g. Dutch Reformed Church and Church of Christ, Scientist) or medical reasons (e.g. allergic to some of the ingredients in the vaccine). Yet, if you've ever been vaccinated against any disease in your life above the age of 18 years old...almost impossible to use "religious beliefs". For example, for these nurses to work in hospitals or healthcare facilities in the past...they would have most likely been vaccinated against the FLU, Hepatitis, or some other disease. Also, if they have children and the court discovers that the children of the nurses have been vaccinated in the past against other diseases...it throws out the "religious argument" for the nurses. Medical reasons are legitimate and easily proven by tests. Most likely the nurses tried to use medical documentation from anti-vaxxer doctors and the courts then used medical tests from a neutral testing facility to show the medical documentation was bogus (e.g. no allergies) to vaccines. Yet, there are so many different types of Covid vaccines on the market...a nurse may be able to prove medical reasons against one type of vaccine but still able to take a different type of Covid vaccine. Last of all, the Pandemic is officially over although Covid is still here...just not as many people getting sick, hospitalized, or dying from Covid-19...thanks to vaccines and the Omicron mild illness. The nurses probably could not prove they were once infected with Covid-19 and recovered...qualifying them to bypass the healthcare mandate. A lot of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel qualified this way for not needing the Covid vaccine. Yet, I know a few nurses and doctors who avoided the mandate by simply taking a leave of absence from work...they then returned to work not vaccinated because there was no longer a mandate... Some states still have healthcare mandates and others do not. Personally, I've met a few people in the military who join the Armed Forces and then after utilizing the military benefits...they cite religious reasons for not being willing to go to War or defending their country. Natural Immunity versus Vaccination The problem that Covidiots intentionally ignore is that most of society is NOT healthy. Most in society are obese (the United States have one the highest obesity ratings in the world), diabetic, have heart problems, have cardiovascular problems, have growing numbers of sudden cardiac arrest problems since the 1970s, undiagnosed cancer, are smokers, and many other rising health issues prior to the Pandemic. The scary aspect of the above well-known fact, 1/3 of us do not know it and others ignore it. Simply, you leave society alone with its Natural Immunity...you will kill off additional several millions of people at the minimum because Natural Immunity sucks big time when our immune system is shit-poor because of the above-mentioned health problems. It's estimated that only 1/5 of the population had Natural Immunity to Covid-19. Another way to look at this...there are too many of us (4/5 of the population) who do not have the ability to take care of ourselves in a Pandemic...we did not have Natural Immunity. Therefore, only a small percentage have the ability to take care of themselves while not exposing family members/loved ones/friends to a COVID-19 virus if infected while their body is using its immune system (no vaccination) to beat Covid to minimize the chance for hospitalization... If you're that small percentage of society, you're good to go with your Natural Immunity. They barely had a cough to Covid and they stayed away for a few weeks from friends/family to ensure they did not infect others because they do have some family members not as healthy as they are. The rest of us (e.g. I have a weakened immune system due to an illness in 2016), most of America did need a Covid vaccination. Personally, my kids play sports and we do not live in a remote area. It was my responsibility to get vaccinated to protect my children and their friends just in case someone they come into contact with is not healthy...the odds were (still are) that they would come into contact with someone not healthy who can not rely on a Natural Immunity to protect them. You slow the spread by not spreading a disease when you're contagious. This isn't rocket science...do what we learned as kids. Don't cough on other people...minimizing the viral load...
