Your firm looks very good from a quick review. I hope it's okay for the OP that I ask you a few questions here for the benefit of everyone reading. 1. Do you have something similar to Tradovate's performance center such that your clients can effectively track their net performance online and up-to-date information? 2. With a wide range of platforms offered I'm sure this is possible, so might not even be worth asking. But do you support automated trade management? For scalping strategies, I'm a big fan of this through Ninjatrader. For example Buy 4000 with a limit or market order. Based on fill price, a bracket OCO order is placed with a sell stop @ 3995 and a sell limit @ 4005. Additionally rules can be programmed such as auto-breakeven (or + 1 tick) after price moving 3 points in your favour. And so on... Thank you.
Thank you @Laissez Faire, good questions! 1. We are able to provide this information in different ways depending on the client's choice of platform. Unlike Tradovate whom I have much respect for, we offer more than a few different front ends and different clearing relationships. Some clients are able to track this performance from their frontend like CQG, some clients are able to do so from the client portal and broker can guide client on best way to do so. 2. Yes we do. Our FREE platform ( no monthly platform fees) e-futures does it exactly like you described in a very easy way to input even if you are not tech savvy. Demo is available here. Other platforms like Sierra, CQG and few others also offer similar solutions. Big part of our strength is our brokers, most have over 15 years experience and are very knowledgeable with the markets, platforms, technology and industry. Not all traders are the same. Some sell premium, some day trade, some need auto algo set up and so on. We are able to provide customized trading solutions and support and service clients with different needs and provide as much market education and information along the way.
Excellent. I will probably send you a private message or e-mail to discuss opportunities. If I do get a new broker it's possible I will still do my charting on Ninjatrader as I have some custom stuff that may not be easily replaced by new software and I already have a dedicated data feed which I will keep as I use it for my own predictive model/software. I haven't shopped around for a new broker so haven't really paid that much attention, but I do read here a bit and it's my impression that you're a broker that's gone a bit under the radar, but I'm getting a very good impression so far from what I can see. Thank you.
I'm using IB for futures trading because it gives access to so many futures exchanges around the globe.
I had an account with Cannon Trading (as an introducing broker for Transact Futures) years ago. I was very happy with that combination at that time, especially the service that Cannon provided was outstanding. Whenever I had a question or something to discuss, I had my account manager and he usually solved my issues in realtime ... With Tradovate, AMP and Dorman I have also very good experience. Dorman was the only FCM about a decade ago that was willing to go through some effort and trouble to enable kind of a special setup for trading spreads on Eurex back then for me. The only FCM I was not really happy with was RCG. But that was more than 5 years ago, and I dont know if they still do retail business.
This seems to be a common theme from the reviews I've found of this broker and I'll say it's probably the first time I'm actually reading reviews where customer service is praised. Usually, this is the exact thing people are complaining about in broker reviews. NT Brokerage / Dorman have always been responsive to e-mails, so I'm not complaining. But they haven't really gone out of their way to be helpful... Good to know. Thanks.
You are right, I confirm all, your service is the best. Tried with some sponsor: no-comment. PS:I trade from Italy
