I noticed this problem with Ameritrade level 2 on very active stocks while at the same time the Ameritrade level 1 feed was timely on the same symbol. I noticed MB trading level 2 was running behind the market at the same time on the same symbol but not minutes late like Ameritrade level 2. I do not get IB level 2, so I am not able to see what it is doing at the same time. I hope I will be able to get by without paying $15 per month extra for level 2 at IB.
