You know even Rocky had a montage. I've been listing to the sound clips from the Rocky IV movie and thought I would share the experience. Yesterday I worked out for the first time in about a month. It's great how it changes your mental state. I was getting a little tired at the computer, when I came back I was refreshed and ready to go again. It really does help.
