why stop at having cameras in the street? cameras in the street were only able to find the perps after the crime was committed, perhaps we should have cameras in everyones home.
Who's worried about catching them? We're supporting the motherfuckers with welfare, foodstamps, housing, etc....
I think that if we're going to focus on the character-centered approach to preventing crime we should consider RFID tags imbedded in the brain at birth (I already saw the insult possibility there). That way we can get a real good look inside.
