I know I've been guilty, but it's good we don't act like this in person. How many times have we sit through a conversation smiling while thinking I wish this person would shut up, while we wait for an opportunity to say nice meeting you then get the hell out of there. A good friend of mine a few days ago was telling me I need to go to church to get over a hard time. I gave my pat none specific answer, I'm not a church person so I don't shock the person by them hearing the atheist word. But she asked me point blank what I meant, if I believed in god. I told her I didn't believe and she asked me where it was I though we came from. I told her it was a silly discussion because neither one of us were going to change our minds. And that was the end of it, we visited about other things. Real life is nicer than online yet here I am.
