I haven't been able to be consistent enough and build my account enough to make enough money to quit the job that pays well
In another year, I might start getting small apartment houses again. I got out when prices went up. I like older rentals that can easily be converted into single family - dual use. Even better, in a large college town where there will ALWAYS be students. Rental is as close to cash flow as there is. But right now, they are still too expensive. I would like to get some older, owner-financed triplexes-fourplexes from bankruptcy, when we go down another 30% or so and there is blood everywhere... Who ever lowers rent, after all?
im in new england and surrounded by triple deckers.. i think its great opportunity and most of them are concentrated in this part of the country. they're pretty cheap and rents are good
