What does all of this have to do with the OP title? Well, I guess you can't generate positive alpha if you're mentally/emotionally unstable, either.

 

Definetly needed ! I recently started seeing a therapist, and when you talk it through you realise how silly your fears are. Cannot imagine anyone doing some serious trading without having professional input for the mind .............and if you are day trading S&P probably need a straight jacket and horse sedatives on top.
