  1. As if Bush rebuilt the image of America into the most politically correct nation. Now, that's a classic!

Are you even capable of civil discourse? Either way you contribute nothing of value.

Now, who are you to pass a value judgment?

:D Now that's too fucking funny. That clown voted:

    Against the 1st Iraq War

    For the 2nd one

    and was against the surge.

I guess that would make him 0-3.

At least Bush and McCain are 2-1.

Clearly the right thing to do was vote for the 1st one, against the 2nd, and for the surge.

  7. The 'surge' is a band aid solution. Of course when you flood a lawless area with a large police/military presence you're going to quash violence.

The question is how long can you surge for? Can you surge forever?

It stands to reason that when the military presense is removed from the area, back to prior levels that there will be an uptick in violence. The question is how large will that uptick be?

The success of the surge won't be known until then.

  8. The surge is a catch phrase.

Long term, unmentioned national strategy dictates a presence in the region. No matter the media fed "events" (WMD, terrorism, breaking UN mandates), to remain a superpower and feeder/funder of the world, we must maintain a presence. Much like afg, korea, and germany. Think about it from that perspective.

It is not very politically correct to have a national security policy stating we intend to remain the worlds only superpower.

We, as the only superpower must maintain our standing...unless one "feels" the US needs to drop about 4 magnitude to the pathetic levels of former empires for us all to get a long.

I see the socialist "enlightened" countries are doing well..France, Italy, Spain, LOL. Yeah, looking forward to joining your pathetic lifestyles. Been there, no thanks.

LOL, fucking shame how 30 second sound bites and pop culture allow the mashing of intelligent and critical thinking.

Everything will be taken care of if Obama wins. 90% of the daytraders on this site, soon to be broke, will be taken care of.

I mean, I see more Obama supports on this "Trading" site than I see in the NYT.

So, hey, your mortgage and your gass will be paid. That should give you a little extra change to trade futures with. ...As if a market will exist if "Redistribution" of wealth and the National Security Squad have anything to say about it.

    Sure, go vote for Obama.

  10. Yeah, I'll reserve that last laugh for myself, thank you very much. Tell me in my face that Bush and his cronies didn't cook up lies, namely that Iraq possessed WMD, to start the Iraq war. Tell me that we the people of America weren't duped, you clown! Now, why the fuck would we even need a surge if there hadn't been a needless war to begin with?!

Why isn't Bush impeached yet? Moreover, why is Bush not indicted as a war criminal?!
