  1. I don't owe you dick, Pancho. And I don't give a shit what you think.

The point is, beginning traders shouldn't give up just because some idiot loser says it can't be done.

Maybe this is a trick question and the key word "short-term". Truely successful traders seem to inevitably do a few longer term trades.

I've been trading profitably for 21 years. No, I have not been up every year but over the course of 21 years I have been very profitable. Even the best investors in the world have down years. Does that mean profitable investors don't exist? There are plenty of profitable traders out there.

In fact, I asked my trading/tax accountant about it one time and he said 36% of his clients are profitable but none of them could make a living at it if they are trading their own account. He said the only ones he knew who could make a living at it were the ones who manage other people's money.

im a new trader,im pretty sure im younger than 95% of this forum,i totally understand that 90% of people fail at this, ive done other ventures before where 90% of people fail but ive suceeded more times than ive failed

i understand there will be losing days,im fine with it,i have patience and will be able to control my emotions

    try another profession

"if you fake, you got to jail" hahahahah even if someone does send you something, what does that prove? nothing, how many people have started up companies by making $$ as a trader, yer a tool

  7. I see you're still around. I thought that you had shriveled into your hole of despair never to rise again, but at least you're persistent at something --- it's too bad you couldn't apply that persistence to something more constructive.

  9. 2 reasons why I believe there is more opportunity to become a successful trader:

    1) to be successful in Hollywood or in pop music you generally have to be attractive .... not so in trading, AT ALL

    2) to have a chance at a successful career in Hollywood or in pop music you generally have to start quite young, and those careers usually peak sometime before or around middle age .... in trading you can start in your 40's or 50's and be very successful; in fact you're more likely to have some money saved to work with, which can make all the difference.

  10. Garcia, Bob111 is willing to actually put in the effort to prove you wrong, will you be 'man enough' to take him up on his offer?
